They have been sold to another group without notifying me and it is very difficult to talk over the phone with the new agent . I found out this because I wanted to file a claim . Always nobody answers to my phone calls and talk to an answering machine. I am looking forward to switch to a new insurance company in the next couple of days .
I wanted to be generous to ratet it two stars.
