I've received no written notice of debt, no itemis...

I've received no written notice of debt, no itemisation, no anything other than harassing texts and calls. This is all to do with Spark Energy having gone bust around November 2018, but I paid my bill in November, so no idea what the additional costs are about (would be handy if I had that list) either way I've changed electricity supplier to Bulb.
