I usually go to bavarian inn, however this time i wanted to check out zenders. It took almost 3 hours to eat. Everything was so slow and after over hearing the waitresses tell the table behind us that they are short handed it explained everything. As we sat there, tables came and went. As a manager, i wouldve reacted better to this. Call in extra help, re-allocate extra help, or just lend a hand. Bad first impression, i guess ill stick to a place that i have never had any issues with from now on.
