I had a reasonably good experience dealing with the Division of Youth & Family Services. The staff members were professional and tried their best to address my concerns. However, there were moments where I felt that the response time could have been better. Nevertheless, I appreciate their dedication to protecting children and families in our community. With some improvements, they can become even more effective in their mission.
