Sharing my personal experience NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL..It is the worst FMCG company ever..Please do not join & risk your career by leaving your previous jobs.

They hire people on a higher package than the competitive salaries offered in the market but also fires their staff without giving proper notification or time period. They dont have proper HR Policies..Once it is decided to fire you, then you'll lose your job for sure, no wonder how honestly or hardworking you are..Usually when they hire people, the previous backlog is given to you and once the previous work is completed, There are 98% chances that you are going to lose your job..Totally unprofessional behaviour of the Higher Management and they have no work ethics / culture..!!
