A mall mess, hard to find anything. Badly signaled, for example next to an elevator that only lowers signs indicating that there are plants above (and no stairs nearby either).
Insufficient staff for the rush hours and very unprofessional, I have spent half an hour trying to ask something in the shoe store and they passed by. No one attending at checkout.
