I had 9 sessions of Neurofeedback to help with insomnia, a total cost of $899.00. It did not help the insomnia. There were problems with the equipment (wires not properly secured and selection of color lights on the glasses) which indicated that the staff were not knowledgeable nor skilled. I communicated my concern, asked for a refund. It was a waste of my time and money. I don't recommend this clinic for neurofeedback. I have since found another provider with more up to date equipment and staff who are knowledgeable and skilled.
Addendum: I did receive a full refund about 3 weeks after I sent a letter of complaint and request for refund.
