We have used Smith Baxter twice in the last six months for our upcoming extension. Firstly, we worked with John, a structural engineer, who helped us with our beam calculations. John was very helpful, professional and prompt and he was able to put us in contact with other professionals that could help us with our work.

We also needed a party wall agreement with our neighbours which James, a senior building surveyor, has sorted out for us. James has also been very helpful and easy to communicate with and was able to keep costs down.

I am very pleased with the help I have received from Smith Baxter and am glad I decided to use their services. I would recommend them to anyone undertaking building work.
