Well managed soccer specific stadium in the heart of Portland's downtown. I've been there for Timbers and Thorns games and the energy is alwasy electric, and you are usually pretty close to the action. Extremely steep prices for beverages. I Understand why many pregame at a bar nearby so they don't have to purchase during the game. Bike, walk, or take transit to your game - it's the Portland way!
