TERRIBLE customer service. Shane was very helpful, but we'd originally asked for his boss because we wanted to ask a finance question. That snob never once stepped out of his office. After waiting 53 minutes and finally standing up and walking over to the bosses office window and looking in, he sends Shane to come help us.
