I never thought I would find myself looking at frames beyond the cheap online variations as I legitimately thought, all were created equal.

These were my thoughts before meeting Danica.

So well informed and so passionate for her craft was she that I bought my first pair of quality frames earlier this year. The impact they've had from friends, business, and my wardrobe has made me recognize the value of establishments like Brass Monocle.

I recently return to Danica and we got another pair that challenged my aesthetic and I couldn't be happier. She's constantly smiling, knows how to guide your curiosity, and above all is NOT a salesperson. She's beyond that, she cares in such a way that I now seek the same character in those who help me when buying anything of quality.

In a funny way, she's ruined the disposable culture I became accustomed to and I am grateful for it.

Honestly, however you train your people, sell the service, because I would hire a Danica in an instant!
