Afternoon tea was very poor quality. However, Kyle the manager did refund half the cost and was very gracious. Staff were great with one exception who was quite abrupt when the issue (which the whole table had) was pointed out. The excuses for the quality seemed to change regularly. Put us off booking the Fort as a wedding venue though.
