I was extremely pleased with my experience at Active Life & Sports. I had pain in my hip which was making it painful for me to walk. After 11 visits, I would say my situation is 90% better. I hope that, as I continue to do the prescribed exercises, it will at least stay the same or improve even more.
My therapist, Mick, was knowledgeable and personable. He along with
Nick, Malcolm, and Katie, made my visits enjoyable and got me to a point where I can carry out my normal daily activities practically pain free.
I also appreciate the fact that my treatment was not continued any longer than necessary. If anyone asked me for a recommendation for
physical therapy, I would tell them about Active Life & Sports.
