David is a very smart, energetic, kind boss. He is a bright chemical engineer. David and Ron definitely know how to manage both car repair and business in an efficient way to meet long term customer needs. Not only they really understand car repair techniques, have extensive hand on experience and are able to communicate complex issues in a very clearly and simple way, but also you can trust their professional advice and works. They are very responsible for what they did and asked me to come back just for assurance and peace of mind. Their location and office hour are much better as well. David even offered driving his car with me to pick up my son at nearby high school when my car needs a little bit more time to be fixed and I was nervous to drive his loaner car in the evening.
