Edited yet again once more - just got an email fro...

Edited yet again once more - just got an email from JJ insulting me and asking for my clients information so they can start sending invoices and try to further maliciously damage my business!

Edited yet again- my client called to see if she could smooth things over. They insulted my client and then tried to lie to them about the price of the door, telling them I was trying to rip her off . My client ended up hanging up the phone on them. They also said, I do over $1million a month and this bad review won t be a big deal . This is the company you are dealing with. These are the people that they have employed. Managers and owners acting like this. Again- DO NOT DO business with them.

Edited again- just spoke with john T- he said the owners want to cancel it. He then lied to me about what he told me. I told him I d lose the contract with my customer. He then told me to just leave that in my review and good . Can you believe these scum bags?

I was originally told by john T that I would be receiving a stain sample from the top foot we cut off of the door to bring it down to finished size .

Just received my samples two days ago and they were 2 x2.5 samples. Customer that I have was expecting the sample to be of a size that was what I was told. I responded to JJ asking if we could get a larger sample. She said no . I then responded asking why not so I could tel my client. Just got a response back from john T telling me- it s impossible to make you happy- we are canceling your order

This is exactly one month after the order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service I ve ever experienced!

Terrible communication, rude management/employees, unprofessional! Look at my previous reviews of other businesses. Some bad, mostly good. Nothing to this extent! Worst company I ve ever tried to do business with!

I m giving a review without having the door yet or a resolution to the problem I had, so will revise when I reach the end of my experience with them.

John and Liz helped me throughout the process so far and have been very helpful so far. Very nice, professional, and patient.

After ordering a front entry door, JJ aka jasna jokic, the staining and production manager contacted me to inquire about stain color choice. There was basically a small bump in the road with timing through the order (that was truly at no fault except my own). I expressed how I just wished I had been notified earlier about this due to the time constraints I had on my contract with my customer. Every time I tried to let some of these words out, JJ would interrupt me, very rudely reminding me to go back and read my terms and conditions. I get where she was coming from, but she kept interrupting me. She wouldn t listen and then started arguing with me about how she wasn t interrupting at all and how she s done nothing but listen patiently.

Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she was never raised with any manners. Maybe this is her first job. I could be wrong about all of those things. Either way, she started to really get out of line and got extremely rude with me after that. I won t go into how escalated things became, but it was bad.

John the sales manager then got on the phone and apologized for her behavior and assured me of what was going on. I have 6 more front entry doors I need to order for a community that all has front door issues and in need of replacement. I loved the process with nicks building supply up until now and wish I could give them the rest of my business, but feel out of principle that I can t do business with them anymore after this extremely unpleasant experience. Maybe john can change my mind.

I will be receiving stain samples soon and the door shortly after that. I will revise my review once I complete my experience with this company after that.
