I just visited the park today and had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I purchased a bag of popcorn from the snack area near the front of the park. they gave me a bagged popcorn. i asked for a fresh one but they said that is what they have prepared. After we have tried many rides in the middle of the park, we started eating the popcorn. At first the few pieces were fine but afterwards we noticed that the taste is burnt and when we looked closely at the kernels, they were burnt. We tried to toss some of them in the trash but majority of them are burnt so we decided to get it exchanged on our way out since the snack area was near the entrance of the park. I have shown the staff named Erica the bag of popcorn and told her that they were burnt and taste burnt. Instead of giving me a new bag, she stated that I already ate some of it and she said that I should have returned it immediately. I was shocked with her rude attitude and informed her that we were at the middle of the park when we opened the bag. We will not walk all the way to the entrance area to get that exchange, and I told her that we tossed most of them in the trash. She refused to get it changed and left me. I was shocked with her attitude so I went to the guest relations, Jennelle, and informed her of Erica's behavior. The food supervisor name Jade came and I informed her about the behavior of her staff. Jade said the same thing as Erica, that we already ate some of the popcorn. I was surprised with her statement. I returned the bag of popcorn that is about 80% left since we tossed some of them already, thinking we can find decent ones. I'm still disappointed with the poor customer relations of the employees here. It makes the experience awful for us. They should not be serving burnt products to their customer and expect them to eat it. they should send the employees for customer relations training.
