Customer service was a priority here. I scheduled an appointment to get my car repaired for 8:30am, but when I got there, I was told that none of the high level techs were available and that my car probably wouldn't be done until the end of the day. I had a serious repair that needed to be done, and they would only let the most skilled techs work on my car. I was thankful for that of course.
As soon as they realized it would take them most of the day to get my car fixed, they organized a ride home for me through their free shuttle service. It took a little while for a driver to become available, but I didn't mind the wait in comparison to waiting all day in the customer lounge (which was still comfortable and stashed with free drinks and snacks).
My driver was extremely polite and made sure to ask if I would need a ride back to the dealership when my car was done. He ended up being the same person to pick me up a few hours later, and when I returned to the dealership, it took less than 10 minutes for me to visit the cashier and get my car back.
Everyone I came into contact with was respectful and courteous, and I will definitely be returning to Toyota of Easley if I ever need more work done on my car!
