This causes people to get LOCKED OUT of their online accounts preventing them from having accurate information. This company won't adjust pay dates to match pay dates of customers simplifying the process for everyone. The company outsources payments costing their customers $2.95 every time they make a payment online or on the phone. Where are the options? Competition between companies brings down rates and ensures better customer service, but Garland, for reasons I can't understand, CHOOSES TO BE HELD HOSTAGE BY THIS PRICE GAUGING STIFF NECKED COMPANY!
