I went to the Care clinic last Thursday, August 15th, 2013. I was seen for stomach pain and digestive problems/bowel movement problems that had occurred post-trip from Central America. My experience that day was not great due to long waits in both the waiting room and the exam room (totaling 5 hours), but they are a walk-in clinic so I brushed it off. I came back Saturday morning to drop off stool samples they had me collect at home. Upon returning today (Wednesday the 21st) I was informed (after having paid co-pay) that my stool samples were actually not sent in - they were forgotten in the area they keep the samples and had been there for a few days, rendering them useless. Needless to say this was incredibly upsetting - maybe it's just me, but when it comes to a medical provider, I expect things to run smoothly. When there's a concern for my health I like to think my doctor is taking me seriously and won't make mistakes like what happened to me today. I will never return to this clinic.
