DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered a pair of size 7 women s Salomon trainers. I received one size 7 and a 5.5!!! The refund fiasco is diabolical. You have to return the items by paying for it yourself. Then taking a picture of the receipt to prove it and also put a cover note in explaining why you want a refund...they know why you re returning it as you have to contact them firstly by email! Absolutely shocking customer service, although they are good at trying to sound like they are truly sorry for your frustration. BUYERS BEWARE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!
