we have
made use of this shuttle a week ago as soon as they landed in LAX. The driver was kind on the way. on return, a dark-skinned lady (I write this because I don't know the right name to identify her) treated us terribly. We asked to take us to terminal B and she started screaming at us because we didn't understand. a big boor! who said we are racists?!? I'm sorry but she were racist with us. a bad experience!
