I made an appointment to have my oil changed at 11...

I made an appointment to have my oil changed at 11am. I arrived a few minutes early and was told that it would take around an hour and a half. I was told it was because of lunch and all . I ended up waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes JUST for an oil change. I think waiting almost 3 hours for my oil to be changed when I made an appointment is ridiculous. It definitely didn t appear to be a very busy day, either.

Needless to say, I won t be taking my car back.
