I had an issue with my thermostat wiring and needed help getting a diagnostic test / evaluation of my HVAC system. Tom L. was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm a first time home-buyer so I wanted to soak in as much information as possible as well, and he was happy to talk through long-term maintenance and issues. I've had several HVAC professionals perform maintenance before, but Tom walked me through exactly what he was doing and helped me understand each nuance of the process. He worked quickly, but made sure his work was done properly with several validation checks along the way.
