We had used another local business previously for our fireplace maintenance but were unable to reach them this year. I saw one of the American Chimney trucks in the neighborhood (turns out the owners live very close to us), looked at the online reviews and decided to give it a shot.

The appointment was easy to book online, the reminder call and email the day before were as expected, and Dennis was even early! He was very personable and good with our animals (who were doing their best to distract him) and got the routine stuff done as well as fixing a small problem with our flame. He was here a bit longer than he probably planned due to our flame issue but did a great job and hopefully isn't behind in his day now.

Would definitely recommend this company and felt that the price for an every 2 years service call for routine maintenance was acceptable. Not much more than the last company charged. Dennis was neat and orderly, left things clean and tidy and was very professional and personable. We look forward to seeing him back in 2021!!!
