Very disappointing. You pay about $4000.00 in advance. In my case, my mother's financial affairs came to nowhere near the medicaid stage when she passed away. there was enough of her money left for another year and a half. They did advance paperwork, most of which I did myself, and were nowhere near the application stage. Their policy is full payment up front and not even partial refund if they do not do the Medicaid process. BEWARE and shop around!
