There is so much I could say about the good they do here- even when compared to other shelters. Having been around the shelter as a volunteer and seeing the vets as a client for the last 12+ years, I can tell you you re not going to find a more caring group of staff members. They will do everything possible for the strays/shelter animals to rehabilitate them if necessary and find them a good new home. I am a lot more confident that everything possible will be done to help an animal that may not be the case everywhere. They go above and beyond what you will find at state shelters and are at the forefront of private shelters as well. The vets are all amazing! They will talk through options and explain what is needed or optional. If you ever have questions about a treatment plan, I m sure they all will be happy to answer your questions. Prices are very reasonable, and it all goes back to help the shelter. The surgeons are spectacular too! Especially if you re just there for a spay or neuter, in a couple years you likely will barely know where the scar is.
