The customer service is bad ... I write here hoping to be contacted and to be able to speak with someone, since during customer service hours from a constantly busy line but if one calls after hours he must listen to all the pippone and then be told that the office is closed.
So I ask to be contacted as soon as possible, otherwise I cancel the order. If I don't receive a reply by 12.00 I turn to the authorities and cancel.
