I feel as though they went above and beyond for us. We had a problem that showed up after the repair. They did their best to resolve this and also met me during non office hours so we could pick up the computer before my son took off for college. Found them to be professional, thorough and at a reasonable cost. A special thanks to Cheryl (Sheryl) for coming in on a non work day.
