I called ahead to book an appointment and while on the phone, explained that I would be bringing in one of my bridesmaids (my little sister) in to get measured for a bridesmaid dress. I explained that I have girls located all over the state and that we would not be ordering dresses during the appointment but wanted to look at accessories to purchase.

The day of, I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late to my appointment and by the time I got there, I walked in to see my sister pulling a card out of her purse as the saleswoman was trying to force her to put down a deposit. I asked if my sister had even tried the dress on, and she DIDN'T!! The saleswoman hadn't even allowed her to try on the dress before she pushed her to purchase.

I asked if she could try on the dress and the lady (clearly frustrated by the fact that I was not allowing her to purchase the dress immediately) stated that she MAY have the sample dress but she would have to check. (I called 2 weeks ahead to ensure that they would have the proper dress). Once she found the dress, she literally threw the dress into a fitting room, said "the fitting room is there" and walked away. We did not see her again. She didn't help to answer questions. She didn't help us with any accessories. She didn't say goodbye or anything.

I was absolutely mortified. My sister who was previously so excited as she has never been in a wedding before was nearly in tears. It was quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
