Sorry for my very detailed comment. I hope to be able to serve you when choosing a clinic. When I came in for a good 1-month stay, I didn't know what to expect. I allow myself to write a comment after this rather long time, because before I started I didn't know how to rate the Google ratings. Lots of flops, lots of tops, but little in between.

MAIN PROBLEM: What bothered me the most was the interaction between the staff (doctors, nurses, psychologists) and us patients. I can't judge everyone, but about 2/3 of them treated the patients very arrogantly. I am used to the fact that many people have prejudices about psychiatric illnesses. I hoped for more from health workers. In Oberwil I often felt like a "diagnosis", not a person. More specifically: the staff ...
1) always knew everything better, although I work in a hospital, which the staff of course knew
2) had very little understanding of non-psychiatric illnesses (hardly believe any physical complaints, even if you have a diagnosis and try to explain; what is blatant is that the clinic is worse equipped than any family doctor's office - no X-ray machine (!), hardly any laboratory tests possible
3) unfortunately often did not listen, i.e. you also had to repeat uncomfortable requests, often early, late and night duty, e.g. if you are not feeling well mentally or physically (very blatant that they do not coordinate better).
No matter which diagnosis leads you to treatment - in most cases it is common that self-confidence is very bad. Due to the arrogant handling of the staff with us patients, this unfortunately worsened significantly during my stay. Somehow the last thing I could use.

EXIT (symbolic of what went wrong): When I had enough after more than 1 month's stay and wanted to quit, it was only "against medical advice", i.e. against signature so that the personnel could secure themselves. Otherwise I am not allowed to leave. So I signed, had no choice, since I really had enough. When I walked, I wished for a medication prescription or the evening and morning medication the next day. Since it was already 5:00 p.m., I was only able to see a family doctor the next day. I was refused a prescription and medication - I have to go to the family doctor, they don't give anything if I quit "against medical advice". My attempts to explain were unsuccessful and the staff had no understanding at all.
Imagine that I went home, deposited my things, then had to go to an emergency room for the medication! After waiting 3 hours, for which I have great understanding, and the senior physician of the emergency room scolded the psychiatry for 5 minutes, I then had my prescription. That off to the emergency pharmacy, where I received the medication at 10:30 p.m. Deductible & franchise "I let through anyway" due to the inpatient stay. But more than stupid that the general public now had to bear the costs of the short, unnecessary visit to the emergency station + the high emergency surcharges of the pharmacy (CHF 340 - medication costs already deducted !!!).

CONCLUSION:
- I do not know how the 4 or 5 star ratings come about. My stay in 2019 deserves 1 star and definitely not anymore. The good food doesn't change anything.
- If it works somehow, I recommend everyone to think carefully about whether it's really only inpatient and not outpatient. If it is stationary, it is certainly worthwhile to think carefully about the possibilities.
- Some good CH clinics sometimes have waiting times of a few days, which I think should be accepted - at least for planned & longer stays. It is better to wait a few days and then spend the weeks or months in a good clinic than to go into the first best.
