I can't rate anyhow differently. Though, I do agree with a lot of people saying the art guards are terrible (don't you see the line? Bow-wow, do NOT cross the line! Woof woof) But I wanna say it's everywhere around the world! How interesting. Maybe there are special "hatred schools" for art guards? I suppose so.

If to forget about these grumpy guys, I can say I'd come here again. Why not? Tremendous LA downtown view, nice nature and good (almost clean) air. Ahhh. What a lovely day.
