My name is Jeanice Baer and I am so sorry I ever tried this company. I made a order on may 2nd 2017. It is now July 28 2017. Almost four months down the road and between rockauto and fed-x I am still sitting here in the middle of nowhere with no car because rock auto can't seem to take responsibility for their screw up. So 127.38 of my money is out there and they want me to do their jobs locating a package I paid for that they put the wrong address on and fed-x is just as bad with keeping track of this package...How many times do they need to send it from one warehouse to another over and over. I am on a fixed income of 755 a month i need my car to be running. I just want my money back and I can't even get . These people are ruining my life Literally. I am on oxygen 24/7 . I have CHF COPD. BOTTOM LINE ROCK AUTO SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
