Someone checked the email and decided to resolve the issue.
RockAuto has automated customer service so when they make a mistake on your order you can't get the issue resolved because their system will reject your email and tell you the issue is resolved. RockAuto sent me a part unrelated to my order because someone there mistakenly printed two shipping labels and placed one on someone else's order. The mistaken package was delivered shipping due so, I am stuck with a part for a car I don't own and I am out the shipping cost. RockAuto doesn't have a telephone so you can't get past the automated rejection system to discuss the issue with a human.
