A majority of the rooms do not face the ocean but ...

A majority of the rooms do not face the ocean but do appear to all have their own balconies. AC in the room is strong. Hotel is a little weathered but to be expected from an oceanfront hotel. Pool is half covered by shade for most of the day but offers direct access to the beach. The deck where the restaurant is huge and food is decent. Live music often. Cost of hotel rooms from oceanfront during spring break are definitely affordable.
