Care is decent, but their financial department is ...

Care is decent, but their financial department is the worst. They never answer, they never call back. I have to call five or six times in a day to catch someone available. Messages remain unanswered for days. They overcharge, and then charge your insurance to boot. It's rediculous. It's a headache to even think about figuring things out over the phone. I've spent hours trying to get a hold of them with questions left unanswered.
