So far i have found this company ro be difficult to work with and the products although when done right are good. But just recently put in an order and had customer complain about fuzzy photos and when i looked through my order two packages were missing. They have offered to print the two missing orders for free. But as they were editing and charging to edit photos I was a bit hurt that the many other packages that contained fuzzy pictures were not brought to my attention before they were printed. Going forward I will be double checking all work they print for me
