It is a fraud that will make you pay for your seat...

It is a fraud that will make you pay for your seat or not let you do web check-in. I arrived at the airport on time and because of their bad organization, they suddenly told me that the check-ins were closed. I lost the flight and moving it is more expensive than buying a new one. I will never use it again.

Is totally fraudulent what you pay online. In the end, the won't let you do a web check-in at least you pay your seats! That is not fair!
In the airport, they don't help you with anything and even when you arrive on time they don't have proper organization and you can miss your flights.

For sure I will never use this airline again!
