Dealership: Sales people are typical hardball car dealership types. After going back and forth with them and having my time wasted so salesman (Donovan Dodge) could "talk to his manager" three separate times, I gave up and later went to McGovern Subaru in NH instead and much, much better service.

Car service: Brought my 17 Impreza in for an update to the firmware because Android Auto was crashing on my new Pixel XL where it had no such difficulty with previous phone, a Nexus 6P. Service reps were courteous but techs didn't understand how to correctly update firmware. After an hour of waiting they said the firmware was up to date when it's still a whole version number behind the current one listed on Subaru service bulletin. Guess I'll find another dealer.

Update: I ended up paying for a day's worth of access to the Subaru dealer net and acquired/performed the firmware update myself. No more issues after updating. Cost me $20 instead of being free like it should have been. Thanks, Subaru of Wakefield!
