I made an appointment for my car maintenance. I was called two days before to tell me that I have an appointment today at 10am, I arrived at 9:30 am to be on time. it's 11:30 now and I'm still waiting for my car to get into the garage ... when I asked why, the rep told me it's because of the sterilization procedure ... 2hours off sterilization ;-) anyway ... I find it abnormal and unprofessional, what good are the appointments in this case .. I think that customer planning and after-sales service must be improved at SMEIA Casablanca.
