Stopped for a cuppa & a cake. 5 adults and 1 child.

Meringue pie and apple pie were perfect! (Both massive!)

2 of us got scones - the jam and the cream were amazing but the scones were a bit hard. (Still nice though)

The cheesecake not so much. Very thin and full of berries. Possibly the way it is made locally but cheesecake is normally thicker and there is definition between the biscuit and the cheesecake.

Tea and coffees were good.

Only gave 4 stars due to the amount of flies that were in the shop. We were sitting by the window and constantly swatting them away - big bluebottles. (Appreciate it was warm but there was nothing in place to keep them away)
