I filed a Third Party Dept Order with them. They charged me the incorrect fees, so the case never proceeded. I was told that it was my responsibility to check fees, but where are they published? Then they were unable to find the payment that had been taken. So I was chasing the payment as well as the claim, which was lost, so I had to start the whole procedure from scratch. When you do get to talk to a girl called Sandy for an update, she sounds completely and utterly indifferent. Useless, rude, unprofessional time wasters. SHAME ON YOU.
