They laugh at the patient. They said "Did you hear that Turkish man yelling" Ouch it hurts! "And then they laugh.

When the patient would have an operation, they do not even have everything ready. They keep leaving and then they come later and they start the operation later.

The patient said it himself "That they were going to laugh and chat". Come on if you're a doctor or whatever. You have to take your job seriously. I do not accept this and therefore I will send two complaints form to them.
