I have tried every other avenue so I guess I will ...

I have tried every other avenue so I guess I will go public. I purchased a refrigerator last November with Sears online. They shipped the wrong one and after many hours on the phone, it finally got straightened out by cancelling my order and reordering. Now they are billing me for both of them and my Sears account states that I owe over $3500. I have disputed and made calls and they just won't take the second refrigerator off my account. Something is fishy with how they do business.
