Purchased 500 Nuova abarths (no km zero) with various defects and problems due to lack of care. When the car was delivered, the main key was missing, the driver's door was slightly dented and painted with a fresh marker, ABS box on the streaked steering wheel, side stickers damaged, engine fluid levels after 2000km at idle. If I hadn't noticed it, they wouldn't have told me anything, this shows that the seriousness and respect towards the customer is zero.
