We had a terrible delivery experience; a bit of a nightmare,

1- Missing alcohol spray from the delivery room

2- Nurse could not locate my wife s vein

3- It took quite a while for the staff to insert the epidural

4- No available standard rooms; had to pay extra to get a room although my insurance s type is VIP

5- Parking lot building is super tiny; very difficult to move around that I almost scratched my car
