My nose was broken badly as teenager. I needed and had surgery to repair a severely deviated septum but never was able to breathe normally through my nose again. Since I was unable to sleep without being able to breathe through my nose, I used Afrin for more than 30 years. I finally decided that I couldn't do this forever and made an appointment to visit Dr. Sigari and see if he could do anything about this. He made it quite clear from the start that he thought he could and he really seemed to care about helping me. I scheduled the in office procedure and everything went exactly as Dr. Sigari said it would. Two weeks after the surgery, I stopped using Afrin and haven't used it again. I am about 6 weeks out of the surgery and could not be more happy. If you are having difficulty breathing through your nose, please go see Dr. Sigari. He has a wonderful manner about him. Its clear that he is passionate about what he does. He certainly delivered more than I ever thought he could in my situation and I will be forever grateful for that.
