Zero stars. Patients are like spinning plates. Appointments start every 20 minutes and you re treated like an assembly line during your 1hr session. There s typically three patients to one physiotherapist. I think one time I had 4:1. Sometimes they ll just make you sit there for 20 minutes with heat or ice on your injury, like to the point where there s no more heat being delivered from the heat pack. When left alone, and things felt wrong, I would either suffer through it, or quit exercises early because I had no guidance or assistance until they came back 10-20 minutes later. My injury required manual manipulation, which I received next to no physical contact Like no physical contact except for checking for range of motion. Saw no progress after three weeks (6-7hrs), and left to seek treatment for different facility (and made progress there within a couple of visits/1.5hrs). Also during your appointment, you must endure listening the staffs gossiping. There are I think 10 beds in one area and lots of silly chatter. I m all for barbershop talk, but not when it s whiny. I chose Lifemark because they had extended hours, ample free parking, a big facility that would have lots of resources, and were WCB approved. Cannot recommend it. In fact I do the opposite...NOT RECOMMENDED!
