I would have to agree with the comment below. The billing department is nothing but rude, unprofessional and has absolutly no compassion what so over. I truly want to leave ob gyn associates just because of the billing department and finish up my pregnancy checkups somewhere else however, I only have a few more months left. The doctors and nurse's are outstanding though. It's a shame a few people can put such a bad outlook on a whole company. I am rating the company an "It's okay" only because of everyone else who does a great job. I do know however, when we decide to have children again I will not return to Ob-Gyn Associates.
