Staff is friendly and knowledgeable ... If you can ever get a hold of someone. Fnac really should think about their sales strategy as you might find 3 ppl total for their largest stores in Paris. You really have to fight hard and be extremely patient to ever get anyone's attention.
Fnac apparently prides itself on not incentivizing its sales ppl... Guess what, it just doesn't work! and the store is to me and everyone I know a place to see products I'll then look for online. Add to that the (typical in France) surly security guy whose main task is to throw you outside 20 min before closing time...
