Very bad reception. Few explanations when making a...

Very bad reception. Few explanations when making appointments. Administrative staff (reception, pre-anesthesia, outpatient) overwhelmed and without interest towards the patient. Even with an RV, there is the queue to go. For example: 3h for an RV of 5 min with the anesthetist. Long wait, fast, without any clarification before the intervention, without any explanation from the staff.
